A note on how Spravato works
Willow & Stone is led by Dr. Stacey Forbes, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community mental health. Now licensed in New Mexico, Dr. Forbes offers integrative, cash-pay telehealth psychiatry statewide.
Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal-spray treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Because of the federal REMS safety program, Spravato must be administered and monitored in person at a certified site — it cannot be dosed over telehealth. For New Mexico patients, Dr. Forbes can provide the telehealth evaluation, treatment planning, and integrative care around Spravato, and coordinate in-person dosing logistics.
